Initial Psychological Assessment
In this session emphasis will be placed on determining those factors which are maintaining your current psychological state. An evidence based treatment plan will then be tailored to the specific findings and will have a strong Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) leaning. The treatment plan will be discussed with you prior to commencement of treatment.

Job interviewing techniques
Improving relationships
Psychological counselling and career counselling (excluding aptitude and personality testing) can be conducted under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) which allows for a substantial Medicare rebate. To get a MHCP it will be necessary for you to get a referral from a medical practitioner.
